All Stars to Start at HPCC Wednesday 22nd July

I’m pleased to announce that Tim Chambers is to start up All Stars from Wednesday 22nd July (tomorrow!). The sessions will last 6 weeks weather permitting each Wednesday from 6pm at the pavilion. We will of course be following the ECB COVID-19 guidelines so be prepared for sanitiser.

If you didn’t register via the official All Stars website earlier this year, then you are still welcome to attend. We will be taking club registrations at £10 per child, just fill in the standard junior section application form and bring it with you at your first session. If you have your official All stars kit from this year or a previous year, then please bring it with you and wear the t-shirts.

All stars is a fun introduction to cricket aimed at kids who are over 5 years old up to Year 2.

Here is the full announcement from Tim:

“As the government has given the go-ahead for recreational cricket to restart from 11th July we’re keen to commence All Stars this Wednesday 22nd July at 18.00.

As we only have a few who have signed up for this year I’m contacting you to see if you are still interested in your child attending the six weekly sessions. Please can you reply to this mail if you are intending to attend or not.

We will be following all of the required government guidance on covid risk reduction and I will provide details of these in a further mail. As part of this strategy, Junior training has largely been split across different evenings so unfortunately, we will not have a field full of kids that we’ve had the pleasure of seeing over the last few years but hope to return to that soon.

I look forward to hearing from you.
