Sign-on day is only a couple of weeks away now, Wednesday 28th April 2021 from 6pm. It is important that we get as many forms and registration fees in on that day because membership will be limited to 18 children per age group on a first paid, first served basis. We may consider going over the 18 limit but only if more volunteers come forward.
Find attached the membership form, please can you print off, fill it in and bring it along with you on the 28th. It really helps if you are able to come along to the sign on day so we can get all of the admin out of the way before games and training begins, but please contact any of the coaches if this is not possible.
Note that the U13s are still without a coach, so may or may not happen depending on how much interest there is from both players and potential volunteers on the 28th. So it is particularly important we speak with players and parents in this age range.
I am however delighted to say that Vic Molineux has very kindly volunteered to become safeguarding officer at the club. This is a hugely important role for the club, without which we wouldn’t be able to put on any junior cricket this year, so thank you Vic.
The U9s is primarily aimed at Years 3 and 4, but we may consider more able younger kids seeing as we are unable to run all-stars this year.
You will be able to find all of our fixtures on the website now. I would like to draw particular attention to the Parents vs Kids fundraiser on Monday 17th May, we will be signing up parent / child pairs at the sign on day as well.
All other information about the new season can be found in the earlier post here.
The HPCC Youth Coaching team look forward to meeting you!
